WiChorus Announces WiMAX Interoperability Testing
of its Intelligent ASN Gateway with
Telsima´s StarMAX 6400 Base Station
Testing Part of One Open WiMAX Initiative to Accelerate Multi Vendor Interoperability and Promote Open Standards across Mobile WiMAX Ecosystem

Chicago, IL, September 26, 2007 – WiChorus, the developer of the industry’s most scalable, Intelligent Access Services Network (ASN) gateway today announced the successfully completed interoperability testing (IOT) between WiChorus’ Intelligent ASN gateway and Telsima’s StarMAX 6400 Base Station. WiChorus and Telsima demonstrated R6 interoperability based on the WiMAX Forum’s NWG 1.0.0 specification. The joint IOT testing demonstrates the availability of an open, flexible ecosystem of best-of-breed products for fixed and mobile WiMAX operators.
