We are looking for highly skilled individuals with a demonstrated ability to successfully manage software engineering teams in the design, implementation and testing of complex and demanding software engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of progressive software architecture and design experience and also fulfill the following requirements:

• Exceptional technical skills, which include experience working with C & Open Source Development tools (GCC, Make, etc), in depth knowledge of the TCP/IP protocol suite (including writing application using the BSD Sockets API), and development experience writing Unix and multithreaded applications. Experience with embedded systems, network processors, RTOS’s and Linux Kernel programming will be a big plus.
• Experience in successfully leading a software engineering team on at least one complex software engineering project.
• Experience supervising a number of professionals from diverse backgrounds and disciplines. Ability to build and maintain a productive and cohesive team environment.
• Ability to create detailed technical and design documents and presentations. Capable of delivering technical presentations and provide technical training to software engineers.
• Excellent communication skills. Experience in collaborating and coordinating with offshore product managers while working on all phases of software projects.
• Ability to accurately determine the resource and time requirements of software engineering projects. Willingness to take responsibility of ensuring that projects are completed within specified timelines.
